1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Decide Automation ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

Decide Automation is a diagnostic service that analyzes business workflows to identify automation opportunities. The Service provides:

  • A personalized automation opportunity audit based on your business inputs
  • Up to 3 ranked automation recommendations with scoring and rationale
  • A downloadable PDF report of your audit results

The Service is a diagnostic tool, not an automation execution platform. We provide recommendations and analysis; implementation is your responsibility.

3. Payment and Refunds

The Service is available for a one-time fee of $19 USD per audit. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of the Service, refunds are available only if the audit generation fails due to a technical error on our part. If you receive a completed audit report, no refund will be issued.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information about your business
  • Use the Service only for lawful purposes
  • Not share your account credentials
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that:

  • The recommendations will result in time savings or business improvements
  • The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The analysis will be complete or accurate for all business scenarios

The Service provides recommendations based on pattern matching and scoring algorithms. The accuracy and applicability of recommendations depend on the quality and completeness of the information you provide.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DECIDE AUTOMATION SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific audit in question.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its diagnostic algorithms, pattern library, and scoring methodology, is the proprietary property of Decide Automation. Your audit reports are your property, but the underlying methodology, patterns, and scoring algorithms remain our intellectual property.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
